How to view your account payment history?

1. Log into the WebControlCenter with your Customer ID and account password. For login help, see our knowledge base article on how to recover your account login information.

2. Once logged into the WebControlCenter, go to the Customer Menu > Billing > Payment History.

3. You will have two options to search on the Payment History page. You can search the payment history by domain (all domains or a specific domain), or search payment history by one of the payment methods on your account.

To Search by Domain:
  1. To search payment history by domain, click the "Domain" radio button.
  2. On the "Search Criteria" drop down, choose the domain you would like to view the payment history for. To view all domains, choose "All Domains."
  3. Select the data range you would like to view your payment history for.
  4. Click "Search."

To Search by Payment Method:
  1. To Search by Payment Method, click the "Payment Method" radio button.
  2. On the "Search Criteria" drop down, select the payment method you would like to view the payment history for. To view all payment methods, choose "All payment methods."
  3. Select the data range you would like to view your payment history for.
  4. Click "Search."
